The Musashi Katana Shinken is a professionally crafted, handmade katana sword designed for martial arts training and serious collectors. Forged using the traditional Maru Kitae method from 1060 high carbon steel, this katana features a clay-tempered blade with an authentic "Notare" style hamon, offering both a sharp cutting edge and beautiful aesthetics.

A bohi (fuller) runs along the blade, improving balance and reducing weight, making it highly responsive during practice. The sword is full tang and securely fixed to the handle with two mekugi (bamboo pins), providing strength and safety even under daily intensive use.

The tsuka (handle) is wrapped with black cotton tsukaito in alternate tsukamaki style over genuine ray skin (Samegawa), ensuring durability and a traditional Japanese feel. The black lacquered wood saya adds elegance and protection, while the sword comes with an elegant purple cotton bag. (Note: Sageo not included.)
