⚠️ Customs Charges and Refused Deliveries Outside the EU

Customers receiving orders outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or clearance charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refusing to pay customs charges or refusing delivery for this reason will be considered a refusal of delivery attributable to the customer.

For orders with a goods value below €90, if the customer refuses delivery or refuses to pay the applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges, and the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse would exceed or be disproportionate to the value of the goods, YNH Sports S.R.L. reserves the right to instruct the carrier to abandon, dispose of or destroy the shipment at destination, where permitted by the carrier and applicable customs regulations.

In such cases, the order will not be refunded, including the value of the goods and any original shipping charges. Customers placing an order for delivery outside the European Union therefore acknowledge that they are responsible for checking and accepting any import-related charges applicable in their country before completing the purchase.

If you reside outside the EU and wish to return or exchange a product due to wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference, please note that all return costs—including customs duties and clearance fees—are your responsibility.

In the case of a product that is damaged or defective, we will cover the full return and replacement costs, including shipping and customs handling.

📬 Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery twice. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to our warehouse.

In the case of failed deliveries, we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees for resending the goods.

During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Halloween), delivery times may be extended. Standard delivery windows cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Q: Can I pay extra for guaranteed delivery before Christmas?
A: Unfortunately not. Even express couriers do not guarantee faster delivery during high-demand periods.

Q: Will late December orders arrive late?
A: Not always. DHL usually delivers in 24–48 hours, but timing depends on local courier volumes.

Q: What if I choose Express Shipping?
A: We ship until December 22nd. Express shipments will be processed as usual, but delays may still occur due to seasonal volume.
