Standard delivery method (TURTLE / RABBIT)

TURTLE:  "IN STOCK" products will be delivered in about 6/7 working days from payment plus the time needed to prepare the order.

RABBIT:  "IN STOCK" products will be delivered in about 4/5 working days from payment plus the time needed to prepare the order.

Orders with products longer than 120 cm may require 3 or 4 working days more for delivery

Express delivery method (CHEETAH)

"IN STOCK" products will be delivered in 1 or 2 working days from the date of payment plus the time needed to prepare the order.

Shipping in 24/48 hours starts from the moment the customer receives the shipment number from the courier.

Deliveries are generally made between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery of orders and stocks

Carrieris make a maximum of two delivery attempts during the estimated shipping time: if the recipient is noted as absent both times the goods return back in stock.
If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. In the event that both delivery attempts are unsuccessful because no one collects the goods, we reserve the right to charge any additional delivery costs. The goods will remain in the hands of the courier until the additional delivery costs have been paid.

During specific times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas, Halloween, etc.), delivery times may be longer due to courier overload. As a result, we cannot guarantee standard delivery times during these periods.  


FAQ - Shipping During Busy Periods:

- If I order today, will my package arrive in time for Christmas?
To ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by mid-December. For orders placed after this date, we cannot guarantee delivery before the holidays.  

- If I pay extra, can you ensure delivery before Christmas?
Unfortunately, no. During the Christmas season, couriers cannot guarantee faster deliveries, even with additional fees for premium shipping options.  

- Does this mean orders placed after mid-December won’t arrive in time for Christmas?
Not necessarily. Under normal circumstances, couriers deliver within 24-48 hours. It’s possible your package may arrive on time, but this depends on the workload of the courier’s destination branch at that time.  

- What happens if I choose Express Shipping?*
We will continue shipping orders regularly until December 20th. However, delivery will depend on the courier’s schedules. Please note that even with Express Shipping, delays or disruptions may occur due to the increased volume. Rest assured, your package will still be delivered, though possibly later than usual.
