These terms and conditions are governed and constructed according to Italy Law and EC Directives.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
All goods will remain the sole property of YNH Sports S.R.L. until payment is received in full. All products and service are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If an ordered product cannot be supplied for any reason we will offer an alternative model (if available) or give a full refund. YNH Sports S.R.L. are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
Products
YNH Sports S.R.L. have made every effort to ensure that all product information held on this website is accurate.
a) Many of our products (Katana swords/Iaito swords and bokkens) are handmade, that’s why the real weight could differ +/-6% from the weight specified on the data sheet and the length can differ +/-3% from the length specified on the data sheet.
b) The products are exactly as shown on the pictures. The photos are taken in a professional studio and are not adjusted in Photoshop.
Age Restrictions
Italy Law forbids YNH Sports S.R.L. to sell anything deemed to be a weapon such as a sword, axe or dagger to anybody under the age of 18.
If you are under the age of 18 we will not process your order.
If purchasing a weapon from our site you are confirming that you are over 18 years old. In addition to this, purchased weapons (Re-enactment, Display, or Ornamental) may be followed up with the request of a telephone call to ensure the weapons are not being sold to anyone under the age of 18 years old. If this process is pursued, YNH Sports S.R.L. holds the right to delay the order until satisfactory circumstances have been met.
Please note: you do not have to be 18 to purchase clothing, armour, wooden wasters (training swords), LARP weapons or anything not deemed a weapon by Italy Law.
Stock
This website supplies some of its products in stock form, and others to be manufactured. An estimated dispatch time is given on each product.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND MAY REQUIRE LONGER DELIVERY TIMES. IF WE CANNOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME YOU WILL BE INFORMED.
Pricing
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. A full refund will be issued if required.
Payment
All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. Payments are processed via PayPal and Stripe

Payment Methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards through PayPal and Stripe. Payments are taken at point of order.
Incomplete or incorrect billing information may delay order processing.
We also accept Bank Transfer.
Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 working days plus banking processing time.
CHEETAH shipping fee is non-refundable.
Security
All orders are subject to security verification. Incorrect information may delay processing.
We recommend enabling 3D Secure for online payments.
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed online only. Confirmation is sent automatically by email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Delivery Method
Products are delivered by DHL, DPD, GLS and Euroexpress.
DHL EXPRESS option available.
Orders with products longer than 120cm may require additional delivery time.
Products are shipped from our warehouses located in Europe.
Deliveries usually occur Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
DURING HOLIDAYS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS OR EASTER DELIVERY TIMES MAY NOT BE GUARANTEED.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on courier availability and destination.
Shipments outside Europe
The addressee always pays shipping costs. Free shipping promotions do not apply outside Europe.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary from country to country.
If the customer refuses the delivery or refuses to pay customs charges, all costs related to the return shipment will be fully charged to the customer.
If you reside outside the EU and wish to return or exchange a product due to wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference, please note that all return costs including customs duties and clearance fees are your responsibility.
In the case of damaged or defective products, we will cover the full return and replacement costs including shipping and customs handling.
Cooling-off Period
You have 50 days to return non-custom products. Shipping costs are not refundable. Custom-made products are excluded.
Delivery Returns of Orders
Failed deliveries may incur additional shipping charges.
Damage in Transit
Damages must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Shortages and Incorrect Goods
Incorrect or missing items must be reported immediately.
Back Orders & Pre-Orders
Some products available on YariNoHanzo.com are offered as pre-order items. For each pre-order product, the estimated delivery date is clearly indicated on the individual product page.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped according to the delivery date stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read the product description and delivery timeframe before completing the order. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the indicated production and delivery schedule.
Delivery dates for pre-order products are estimates and may be subject to slight variations due to manufacturing or logistics processes. In the event of significant delays, the customer will be promptly informed.
Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment in accordance with our refund policy.
Faulty Returns
Faulty products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges
No exchanges are provided for non-faulty items.
Manufactured to Order
Custom-made products are non-refundable.
Service
YNH Sports S.R.L. assumes no responsibility for injuries caused by improper use of products.
