All goods will remain the sole property of YNH Sports S.R.L. until payment is received in full. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If an ordered product cannot be supplied for any reason, we will offer an alternative model (if available) or provide a full refund. YNH Sports S.R.L. is committed to customer satisfaction.
Products
YNH Sports S.R.L. has made every effort to ensure that all product information displayed on this website is accurate.
a) Many of our products (Katana swords, Iaito swords and bokken) are handmade. For this reason, the actual weight may differ by approximately +/-6% from the weight specified on the product page, and the length may differ by approximately +/-3% from the length specified on the product page.
b) Products are represented as accurately as possible in the photographs. Product photos are taken in a professional studio.
Age Restrictions
Italian law forbids YNH Sports S.R.L. from selling products deemed to be weapons, such as swords, axes or daggers, to persons under the age of 18.
If you are under the age of 18, we will not process your order for age-restricted products.
By purchasing an age-restricted product from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. YNH Sports S.R.L. may request additional age verification before processing or shipping the order. We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if satisfactory proof of age is not provided.
Please note that age restrictions may not apply to clothing, armour, wooden training weapons, LARP products or other products not legally classified as weapons under applicable Italian law.
Stock
This website supplies some products directly from stock, while others are manufactured or prepared after the order is placed. An estimated dispatch or delivery time is indicated on the relevant product page.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND MAY REQUIRE LONGER DELIVERY TIMES. IF WE CANNOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE INDICATED TIMEFRAME, YOU WILL BE INFORMED.
Pricing
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical or supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order, whether or not the order has already been confirmed. A full refund will be issued where applicable.
Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment service providers made available during checkout.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed and available during checkout. Payments may include credit or debit card payments, PayPal and other electronic payment methods provided by our authorized payment partners.
Payments are normally collected at the time the order is placed.
Incomplete or incorrect billing information may delay order processing.
We also accept Bank Transfer when this payment method is available during checkout.
Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 working days plus any additional processing time required by the customer's bank or payment provider.
CHEETAH shipping fee is non-refundable.
Security
All orders may be subject to security and payment verification. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing.
Where available, additional payment security measures such as 3D Secure may be used by the payment provider or issuing bank.
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed online only. Confirmation is sent automatically by email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery Method
Products are delivered by DHL, DPD, GLS and Euroexpress.
DHL EXPRESS option available.
Orders containing products longer than 120 cm may require additional delivery time.
Products are shipped from our warehouses located in Europe.
Deliveries usually occur Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
DURING HOLIDAYS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS OR EASTER DELIVERY TIMES MAY NOT BE GUARANTEED.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on courier availability and destination.
Shipments outside Europe
The addressee always pays shipping costs. Free shipping promotions do not apply outside Europe.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary from country to country.
If the customer refuses the delivery or refuses to pay customs charges, all costs related to the return shipment will be fully charged to the customer.
If you reside outside the EU and wish to return or exchange a product due to wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference, please note that all return costs including customs duties and clearance fees are your responsibility.
In the case of damaged or defective products, we will cover the full return and replacement costs including shipping and customs handling.
Cooling-off Period
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Made-to-Order and Custom Products – Right of Withdrawal
Please note that products made to order, customized, or tailored to the Customer’s specific requirements are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, this exclusion does not apply in the event that the product is delivered defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us promptly upon receipt, and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
IMPORTANT: Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our Customer Care team.
Please do not send parcels to Parcel Shops, collection points, post offices, lockers or other pick-up locations. YariNoHanzo cannot collect or process parcels sent to these locations.
Delivery Returns of Orders
Failed deliveries may incur additional shipping charges.
Damage in Transit
Damages must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Shortages and Incorrect Goods
Incorrect or missing items must be reported immediately.
Back Orders & Pre-Orders
Some products available on YariNoHanzo.com are offered as pre-order items. For each pre-order product, the estimated delivery date is clearly indicated on the individual product page.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped according to the delivery date stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read the product description and delivery timeframe before completing the order. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the indicated production and delivery schedule.
Delivery dates for pre-order products are estimates and may be subject to slight variations due to manufacturing or logistics processes. In the event of significant delays, the customer will be promptly informed.
Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment in accordance with our refund policy.
Faulty Returns
Faulty products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges
No exchanges are provided for non-faulty items.
Manufactured to Order
Custom-made products are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Service
YNH Sports S.R.L. assumes no responsibility for injuries caused by improper or unlawful use of products.
