BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
Product Availability Matters
IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
The recommended deadlines apply to products physically available in our warehouses and ready for immediate dispatch. Please verify product availability before placing your order.
PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
The general Christmas deadlines do not apply to pre-order, custom-made or made-to-order products. Expected delivery times depend on the availability and delivery information provided on each product page.
ORDERS CONTAINING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS
If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order items, the estimated delivery time may depend on the availability of all products and the applicable shipping arrangements.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Important Delivery Information
The dates shown are recommended order deadlines and not guaranteed delivery dates. They apply to orders completed and paid by 12:00 PM CET, provided that all ordered products are ready for immediate dispatch.
Orders placed after the recommended deadline will still be processed. However, there is an increased risk that delivery will take place after Christmas.
During the holiday season, international shipments may experience delays caused by high courier workloads, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions or other logistical disruptions.
Delivery estimates depend on product availability, destination and carrier operations. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
