The main difference between the Practical line and the Damascus line is the blade used. For this Katana line we use only FOLDED high carbon steel. To make these blades we use two packets of different steels, with different color contrasts and different mechanical properties. The two steels are brought to very high temperatures, beaten and folded several times to obtain a welding of the various steel layers. In this way we obtain the classic "damascus" effect of the blade, in which all the layers are visible.

On some models we use Tsuka Ito in silk or high quality leather Tsukagawa produced in Italy.
Like the other lines, Damascus series is conceived for the practice of Martial Arts and offers well-balanced blades and higher level details on the Koshirae, such as Seppa, Habaki and Shitodome in copper and Tsuba, Fuchi and Kashira made with more complex methods.
